If you’re a Dropbox for Business team admin, and you want to delete your entire team account or downgrade, then you will have to contact customer service using the information on your Business account page and they’ll take care of the whole process for you.
Keep in mind that when you delete your Dropbox account permanently any computers or mobile devices that have been linked with Dropbox will stop syncing, you won’t be able to access your account on the Dropbox website anymore, and you won’t be able to edit files stored in share folders.
